• The employer, by the Work/Employee Department tests, by the evaluation of disease risks at the working place, can know if the health of his employees is influenced by certain risk factors related to the working environment- biologic agents, noise, mechanical vibrations, microclimate factors, radiations, light and risks related to work execution- physical effort, body position, working gestures, osteo-musculo-articular overwork.
• The employee is subject to a series of medical tests in order to establish if its health is damaged by the risk factors while working. There are also early examinations in order to establish a possible disease, its treatment being prescribed later by further specialized tests.
