Employee Medicine Services available at ProMED Slatina

ProMED Slatina, through its Employee/Work department, offers a complete range of medical services as fallows:

• Monitoring the health state of the employees
• Medical tests when hiring- structured according to profession and risk exposure record, establishing capability to work,
• Regular medical consultation;
• Medical tests of adaptation- establishes work capability of people hired in proven or potential risking working places;
• Medical tests when rehiring- for people who take a leave for more than 30 days medically proven;
• Rehabilitation, reorientation and professional reinsertion in case of work accident;
• Permanent collaboration with the personal doctor of the employee in order to inform him/her on the health estate of the patient, according to the NGVM stipulations. His requirement of monitoring the diseases identified. His requirement of additional investigating by specialized consultations and/ or paraclinic tests paid by the medical insurance system;
• Monitoring the employees' diseases by entering the health leave certificates and monitoring the health evolution.
At the end of the tests related to Work/Employee Medicine both the employee and the employer will be informed on the results by the medical record provided, where the capability of work according to profession/position is mentioned.
• Counseling the employer about security and safety at the working place
• Regularly informing of the employee on the health state of his stuff;
• Identifying and comunicating the professional risk to all parts involved in the working process;
• Counselling the employer on technico-organisational medical actions required;
• Counseling the employer on adapting work to psycho-physiologic features of his employee.
• Evaluating the risk of accidents and professional diseases
